Steps

Open the Home page and locate the Reconciliation card.
The card displays the yellow "New reconciliation" button. -
If you want to create a reconciliation, click "New reconciliation".
The reconciliation creation flow begins. -
If you expected existing reconciliations, return to Home and check whether the card shows the Reconciliations list instead.
When reconciliations exist, the list (for example "Kotak111") appears along with "View report" links. -
Confirm you are signed in to the correct account by checking the initials in the top-right corner (for example "PS").
This helps verify whether reconciliations belong to this account.
Troubleshooting

You expected past reconciliations but Home still shows "New reconciliation".
Likely Cause: You may be signed into a different account, or reconciliations were never created for this account.
Action: Sign out and sign in again with the correct account, or check with your teammate/admin who manages reconciliations to confirm where they were created.
Note: The Home header typically shows "Welcome back, John" and the subtitle "Explore and continue your AI-powered work — starting with Reconciliation."
