Steps

Open Settings → Team and review the Status column in the team members table.
Each member shows a status label such as Active, Pending, or Expired. -
Interpret the statuses:

Active
The user accepted the invitation and is currently a member of the organization. -
Pending
The user received the invitation email but has not yet accepted it. -
Expired
The invitation link expired before the user accepted it.

For Pending or Expired users, use the Actions column to manage the invitation.
Available actions may include editing the role, re-inviting the member (envelope icon), or removing the user.
Troubleshooting

A user marked Active cannot access the organization.
Likely Cause: The user may be logged into a different account or accepted the invitation using another email.
Action: Ask the user to confirm the email used for the invitation, then sign out and sign back in using that account.
Note: Status labels appear in the Status column with small icons to make it easier to identify the user’s invitation state quickly.
