How do I switch to Audit logs?

Short Answer: On the Security page, click the "Audit logs" tab next to "Access logs" to switch views.

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in to your CleverBalance account.

  2. Have access to the Settings menu in the left navigation.

Steps

  1. Open Settings and click "Security" in the left navigation menu.
    The Security page opens with two tabs: Access logs and Audit logs.

  2. Click the "Audit logs" tab.
    The Audit logs tab becomes active.

  3. Confirm the main content area updates to show the Audit logs view.
    The interface now indicates that Audit logs are being displayed.

Troubleshooting

  1. The "Audit logs" tab is not visible or does not load content.

    Likely Cause: Your account may not have permission to view audit data, or the feature may be restricted for your role.

    Action: Contact your organization administrator to request access to Audit logs.

Note: The Security page contains multiple log views. Use the tabs at the top of the page to switch between Access logs and Audit logs.
