Troubleshooting
1. Dates show incorrectly after mapping
Likely Cause: Incorrect 'Date format' selected.Action: Re-open 'Configure books data', choose the date format that matches the preview, and click 'Save & apply' again.
2. Amount totals mismatch expectations
Likely Cause: Wrong 'Amount column' selected or amounts stored in separate credit/debit columns.
Action: Verify whether amounts are stored in a single signed column or separate credit and debit columns, then map the correct column under '4. Amount column'.
Note: Compare the books preview with the Bank statement preview to ensure consistent mapping for dates and narration.
