How do I copy a shareable link for the report?

Short Answer: Click "Share" and then click the "Copy link" button in the "Share this report" modal to copy the report URL to your clipboard.

PreRequisites

  1. You can open the "Share" modal (you are signed in and have share permission) or the report is already Public.

Steps

  1. Open the reconciliation report and click "Share".
    The "Share this report" modal opens.

  2. In the modal click "Copy link".
    The report URL is copied to your clipboard.

  3. Paste the link into email or chat to share with others. If recipients need view access and the report is Private, add them in "Enter email address" first.
    Recipients can open the report according to the selected Report access setting.

Troubleshooting

  1. "Copy link" doesn't copy anything.
    Likely Cause: Browser blocking clipboard or modal hasn't fully loaded.
    Action: Try clicking again, use the browser's address bar to copy the URL, or ensure your browser allows clipboard access.

Note: If the report is Private, copied link will only work for team members who have access.
