How do I filter matched parties by status (Fully matched, Excess TDS deposited, Short TDS deposited, Short / Excess)?

Last updated on Apr 14, 2026

Short Answer: Click the filter pills above the table"All", "Fully matched", "Excess TDS deposited", "Short TDS deposited" or "Short / Excess" — to show only parties with that reconciliation status.

PreRequisites

  1. You are viewing the "Matched – 26AS vs Books" table.

Steps

  1. Scroll to the filter pills above the matched table (they read: "All", "Fully matched", "Excess TDS deposited", "Short TDS deposited", "Short / Excess").
    Filter pills are visible.

  2. Click the pill for the status you want to apply (selected pill turns dark).
The table refreshes and shows only rows that match that status.

  3. To remove the filter, click the "All" pill.
All matched parties are shown again.

Troubleshooting

  1. Selecting a pill does not change the rows.
LikelyCause: The page is still loading or a transient UI issue.
Action: Refresh the page or wait for processing to finish (look for normalization spinner).

Note: Use these filters to quickly find parties with excess or short TDS so you can prioritize investigation.
