How do I make the report public so non-logged users can view it?

Last updated on Apr 14, 2026

Short Answer: Open "Share", select the "Public" radio under "Report access" (text: "Anyone with the link can view. No login required."), then click "Copy link" or "Save & send invites".

PreRequisites

  1. You are signed in and have permission to change report access (Owner/Admin likely).

  2. Report detail page is open.

Steps

  1. Open the report and click "Share".
The "Share this report" modal opens.

  2. In "Report access", select the "Public" radio option (reads: "Anyone with the link can view. No login required.").
    Public option becomes selected.

  3. Click "Copy link" to copy the public URL or click "Save & send invites" to save changes and notify.
Link is copied or the report access is saved as Public.

  4. Open the copied link in an incognito window to confirm content is visible without signing in.
Public report loads and content is viewable; header may show "Sign in" and "Start for free".

Troubleshooting

  1. I cannot select the "Public" option.
Likely Cause: You lack permission to change report access.
Action: Request the Owner/Admin to make the report Public or to share the public link with you.

Note: Public access removes the login requirement — use it only for information you want broadly accessible.
