Steps

Locate the upload section.
On the New reconciliation page, find the ‘Customer statement’ upload box. -
Upload the file.
Drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click ‘Upload file’ to open the file picker. -
Select and confirm the file.
Choose your CSV, XLS, or XLSX file (≤ 10MB).
The file will appear attached in the upload box. -
Verify file format if needed.
Click ‘View sample data format’ to check the required structure and compare it with your file.
