Dropdowns or filter controls are empty or won’t load — how do I fix this?

Steps

  1. Refresh the page.
    Reload the Reconciliations page to allow filters to re-fetch data.

  2. Retry the dropdowns.
    Open dropdowns like Reconciliation type, Reconciliation for, or Run by again.

  3. Try a different browser or clear cache.
    Switch browsers or clear your browser cache and reload the page.

  4. Capture and report the issue.
    If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the filters and share it with support along with steps you tried.
