Steps

Click ‘Download report’.
Find the button in the report header and click it to start the download. -
Check your downloads.
Look in your browser’s download bar or folder for the file. -
Verify report contents.
Ensure you are on the correct tab (Matched / Unmatched / Skipped) before downloading.
Troubleshooting

Download does not start
Likely Cause: Browser blocking downloads or network issue
Action: Allow downloads, refresh the page, and try again -
Downloaded file is missing data
Likely Cause: Wrong tab selected or outdated reconciliation
Action: Select the correct tab or re-run reconciliation, then download again
