How do I download the reconciliation report?

Short Answer: Click ‘Download report’ at the top of the report page to download the current reconciliation.

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in to CleverBalance

  2. Be on the Customer reconciliation report page

Steps

  1. Click ‘Download report’.
    Find the button in the report header and click it to start the download.

  2. Check your downloads.
    Look in your browser’s download bar or folder for the file.

  3. Verify report contents.
    Ensure you are on the correct tab (Matched / Unmatched / Skipped) before downloading.

Troubleshooting

  1. Download does not start
    Likely Cause: Browser blocking downloads or network issue
    Action: Allow downloads, refresh the page, and try again

  2. Downloaded file is missing data
    Likely Cause: Wrong tab selected or outdated reconciliation
    Action: Select the correct tab or re-run reconciliation, then download again
