Steps

Open the ‘Matched’ tab.
Click ‘Matched’ below the summary boxes. -
Review matched rows.
The table will display columns like:-
Statement date & description
-
Statement amount
-
Book date & description
-
Book amount
-
-
Inspect a transaction (optional).
Click the right chevron on any row to view detailed matching information.
Troubleshooting
- No matched transactions are shown
Likely Cause: No matches found in the current reconciliation
Action: Check the ‘Unmatched’ or ‘Skipped’ tabs, or run a new reconciliation
