How do I view matched transactions in this reconciliation?

Short Answer: Click the ‘Matched’ tab below the summary section to view matched Customer vs Books transactions.

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in to CleverBalance

  2. Be on the Customer reconciliation report page

Steps

  1. Open the ‘Matched’ tab.
    Click ‘Matched’ below the summary boxes.

  2. Review matched rows.
    The table will display columns like:

    • Statement date & description

    • Statement amount

    • Book date & description

    • Book amount

  3. Inspect a transaction (optional).
    Click the right chevron on any row to view detailed matching information.

Troubleshooting

  1. No matched transactions are shown
    Likely Cause: No matches found in the current reconciliation
    Action: Check the ‘Unmatched’ or ‘Skipped’ tabs, or run a new reconciliation

Note: Matched rows represent successfully paired transactions between the customer statement and books with aligned values.
