View skipped counts.
Look at the ‘Skipped’ summary box, which shows:-
Customer skipped transactions

Books skipped transactions

Total skipped

Open the ‘Skipped’ tab.
Click ‘Skipped’ below the summary boxes to see detailed records. -
Review skipped transactions.
Analyze the listed rows to understand why they were excluded from matching.
Troubleshooting
- ‘Total skipped’ count seems incorrect
Likely Cause: Counts are combined from both Customer and Books, or filters/data changes affect results
Action: Open the ‘Skipped’ tab to inspect records, refresh the report, or re-run reconciliation
