Steps

Open the ‘Unmatched’ tab.
Click ‘Unmatched’ below the summary section. -
Review unmatched transactions.
Look at columns like Statement amount and Book amount to identify differences or missing matches. -
Inspect details (optional).
Click the right chevron on any row to view more details about that transaction.
Troubleshooting
- Too many unmatched transactions
Likely Cause: Data inconsistencies, timing differences, or missing entries
Action: Download the report using ‘Download report’, analyze offline, and re-run reconciliation after corrections
