Steps

Open the sharing dialog.
Click ‘Share’ to open the ‘Share this report’ modal. -
Add teammate emails.
In ‘Add emails’, enter one or more email addresses. -
Assign roles.
Use the ‘Member’ dropdown to select the appropriate role. -
Verify access list.
Ensure added users appear under ‘People with access’. -
Set report access.
Choose between ‘Private’ or ‘Public’ access. -
Save changes.
Click ‘Save’ to apply sharing settings.
Troubleshooting
