How do I view reconciliations run by a specific user?

Short Answer: Use the ‘Run by’ dropdown on the Reconciliations page and select the user.

1. Be signed in to CleverBalance

2. Be on the Reconciliations page

Steps

1. Locate the filter.
   Find the ‘Run by’ dropdown in the filter bar.

2. Open the dropdown.
   Click on ‘Run by’ to see the list of users.

3. Select a user.
   Choose the user whose reconciliations you want to view.
   The list updates automatically based on your selection.

Troubleshooting

1. User not listed in dropdown
   Likely Cause: User hasn’t run reconciliations or access is restricted
   Action: Select ‘All users’ to verify data exists or check with your admin
