How do I view the sample data format for uploads?

Short Answer: Click View sample data format (link below the upload panel) to open an example layout for statement uploads.

PreRequisites

  1. Be on the New reconciliation page

Steps

  1. Locate the View sample data format link under the Entity B statement panel.
    You can see the View sample data format link.

  2. Click View sample data format.
    A sample data layout or example appears to show required columns/format.

  3. Review the sample and adjust your upload file to match headers and data types.
    Your file matches the sample layout and is ready for upload.

  4. Close the sample view and continue with your upload.
    Return to the New reconciliation page to complete uploads.

Troubleshooting

  1. Clicking View sample data format does nothing.
    LikelyCause: Browser popup/script blocker or temporary UI error.
    Action: Disable blockers for this site, refresh the page, or try a different browser, then click the link again.

Note: Sample format helps ensure column names and order match what the mapper will expect in the next step.
