PreRequisites

  1. Open the New reconciliation page to view the uploader notes

Steps

  1. On the New reconciliation page look under the Entity B statement upload area for the text Supported formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX and Maximum file size: 10MB.
You see the exact supported formats and file size limit.

  2. If needed, click View sample data format to inspect a sample upload layout before saving files.
You can confirm required columns and formatting for successful upload.

Troubleshooting

  1. Your file is larger than 10MB.
LikelyCause: File contains many rows, extra columns, or embedded objects.
Action: Reduce rows/columns, remove unneeded fields, or split the file into smaller parts and retry uploading.

  2. Your file uses a different format (e.g., PDF).
LikelyCause: Export was produced in an unsupported format.
Action: Export or save the data as CSV, XLS, or XLSX from your source application, then upload.

Note: Use View sample data format to verify column headers and data types match the expected upload layout.
