Steps

Open the Intercompany reconciliation report page and confirm the header 'Intercompany reconciliation report' is visible.
Page shows header and summary cards 'Total', 'Matched', 'Unmatched', 'Skipped'. -
Click the 'Download report' button (yellow button near the top center).
Browser begins downloading the report or opens a download dialog. -
If your browser prompts, choose a save location and confirm the download.
File saves to your device. -
Open your browser's Downloads to verify the file finished downloading.
Downloaded file is present in browser downloads.
Troubleshooting

'Download report' does nothing when clicked.
LikelyCause: Browser pop-up or downloads blocked, or a temporary network issue.
Action: Allow downloads/pop-ups for the site, disable extensions that block downloads, or try a different browser or network. -
Downloaded file fails to open or is incomplete.
LikelyCause: Network interruption or file corruption during download.
Action: Retry the download. If the issue persists, try a different browser or network and report the problem to support if needed.
