How do I make the report Public so anyone with the link can view it?

Short Answer: In the Share this report modal select the Public radio option under Report access, then click Save to apply the change.

PreRequisites

1. Share this report modal is open

2. You have permission to change report visibility (if applicable)

Steps

1. Open the Share this report modal for the reconciliation report.
   Share this report modal is displayed.

2. Under Report access, click the radio option Public.
   The Public radio option becomes selected and shows the description Anyone with the link can view. No login required.

3. Click Save to confirm and apply the visibility change.
   Changes are saved; the report is set to Public.

4. Optionally click Copy link to copy the public URL and share it.
   Link copied and accessible without login by anyone with the URL.

Troubleshooting

1. You cannot select Public or Save does not persist the change.
   LikelyCause: You may not have permission to change report visibility or there is a network error.
   Action: Confirm your permissions with the report Owner listed under People with access or contact your admin; check your network and retry.
