PreRequisites

  2. Open the Reconciliations page (see header 'Reconciliations')

Steps

  1. Confirm you are signed in by checking the top-right area for your avatar/initials.
    Your user avatar/initials are visible (indicating you are signed in).

  2. Refresh the page and try again; clear browser cache if necessary.
    The page reloads and the '+ New reconciliation' button appears if it was a transient load issue.

  3. Try a different browser or disable browser extensions that could block scripts.
    If a browser issue was the cause, the button becomes available.

  4. If the button is still missing, contact your organization admin to confirm your user role and permissions for creating reconciliations.
