How do I expand "Multiple transactions" rows to see the "Individual transactions breakdown"?

Last updated on Apr 28, 2026

Short Answer: Click the row labeled "Multiple transactions (n) Click to collapse details" (or its expand control) to show or hide the "Individual transactions breakdown".

PreRequisites

  1. Be on the "Matched" (or other) tab where a "Multiple transactions (n)" row appears

Steps

  1. Locate the row showing "Multiple transactions (2) Click to collapse details" in the table.
You can see the grouping row and the text "Individual transactions breakdown" below when expanded.

  2. Click the grouping row text or its caret/expand control to toggle details.
The "Individual transactions breakdown" section appears showing each constituent transaction (statement and book lines).

  3. Review the individual lines for Statement date, Statement description, Statement amount, Book date, Book description, and Book amount.
You see the split amounts (for example 1,390.40 and 10,695.59) that make up the grouped row.

Troubleshooting

  1. Clicking the group row does not expand details.
LikelyCause: The table scroll position hides the click target or the row is already expanded.
Action: Scroll within the table area to bring the row fully into view and try again. If it already shows "Click to collapse details", the group is already expanded.

Note: When expanded, the section header reads "Individual transactions breakdown".
