How do I copy a shareable link to this report?

Short Answer: Click "Copy link" in the "Share this report" modal. If you want the link to work without login, select "Public" under "Report access", click "Save", then click "Copy link".

PreRequisites

  1. Open the "Share this report" modal

Steps

  1. Open the "Share this report" modal.
    Modal titled "Share this report" is visible.

  2. If you need recipients to view without signing in, under "Report access" select the "Public" radio option.
    "Public" is selected under "Report access".

  3. Click "Save" to apply any changes to report access.
    Report access changes are saved.

  4. Click the "Copy link" button (bottom-left) to copy the report link to your clipboard.
    The report link is copied to your clipboard and ready to paste.

Troubleshooting

  1. People who get the link are still asked to sign in.
    LikelyCause: The report is still set to "Private" or the access change was not saved.
    Action: Open the modal, select "Public" under "Report access", click "Save", then click "Copy link" and resend the link.

  2. Clicking "Copy link" seems to do nothing.
    LikelyCause: Browser blocked clipboard access.
    Action: Allow clipboard permissions for the site or try another browser. Then click "Copy link" again.

Note: "Public" description in the UI: "Anyone with the link can view. No login required."
