Open the "Share this report" modal.
Modal is visible. -
Read the descriptions under "Report access":
"Private — Only team members can view this report." and
"Public — Anyone with the link can view. No login required."
You understand the difference between Private and Public. -
Select the option that matches how widely you want to share and click "Save" to apply.
Chosen access level is saved.
Troubleshooting
- Report still behaves as private after choosing Public.
LikelyCause: You did not click "Save" after selecting Public.
Action: Select "Public" and click "Save" in the modal, then test the link again.
