How do I filter reconciliations by type, scope, or user?

PreRequisites

  1. Be signed in to CleverBalance

  2. On the Reconciliations page (look for the 'Reconciliations' heading)

Steps

  1. Open the Reconciliations page.
    You see the three filter controls and the results area.

  2. Click 'Reconciliation type' and select the type you want to view.
    Selected reconciliation type is shown in the field.

  3. Click 'Reconciliation for' and choose the scope to limit the results.
    'Reconciliation for' shows your selected value.

  4. Click 'Run by' and choose a specific user or 'All users'.
    'Run by' displays the selected user or 'All users'.

  5. Review the results area below the filters for matching reconciliations.
    A list of reconciliations appears or the message 'No reconciliations found' displays.

Troubleshooting

  1. Filters change but results do not update or remain empty.
    LikelyCause: No reconciliations match the selected filters or the page did not refresh.
    Action: Set 'Reconciliation for' to 'All reconciliations' and 'Run by' to 'All users', then refresh the page.

  2. A dropdown has no options or doesn't open.

    Action: Reload the page, try a different browser, or sign out and sign back in.
