Steps

Open the Reconciliations page.
You see the three filter controls and the results area. -
Click 'Reconciliation type' and select the type you want to view.
Selected reconciliation type is shown in the field. -
Click 'Reconciliation for' and choose the scope to limit the results.
'Reconciliation for' shows your selected value. -
Click 'Run by' and choose a specific user or 'All users'.
'Run by' displays the selected user or 'All users'. -
Review the results area below the filters for matching reconciliations.
A list of reconciliations appears or the message 'No reconciliations found' displays.
Troubleshooting

Filters change but results do not update or remain empty.
LikelyCause: No reconciliations match the selected filters or the page did not refresh.
Action: Set 'Reconciliation for' to 'All reconciliations' and 'Run by' to 'All users', then refresh the page. -
A dropdown has no options or doesn't open.
LikelyCause: Temporary UI problem or limited account access.
Action: Reload the page, try a different browser, or sign out and sign back in.
