Open the Reconciliations page and confirm you see the heading 'Reconciliations'.
You see the filter row and the '+ New reconciliation' button. -
Click the 'Reconciliation type' dropdown and make sure 'Credit card reconciliation' is selected.
The field shows 'Credit card reconciliation'. -
Optionally set 'Reconciliation for' and 'Run by' to narrow or broaden the scope (for example, 'All reconciliations' and 'All users').
'Reconciliation for' and 'Run by' reflect your chosen filters. -
Click '+ New reconciliation'.
The new reconciliation workflow opens and you can follow on-screen prompts to run the reconciliation.
Troubleshooting

Clicking '+ New reconciliation' does nothing or no new workflow appears.
LikelyCause: Temporary UI error, network issue, or your account lacks creation permission.
Action: Refresh the page, try again, and if it still fails sign out/in. If the button remains inactive, ask your account administrator about reconciliation permissions. -
You ran a reconciliation but still see 'No reconciliations found'.
LikelyCause: Your filters are too narrow or the run hasn't finished/been recorded yet.
Action: Set 'Reconciliation for' to 'All reconciliations' and 'Run by' to 'All users', wait a few minutes, then refresh the page.
Note: If you are unsure which filters to use, start with 'All reconciliations' and 'All users' to see everything.
