Open the Reconciliations page (confirm the 'Reconciliations' heading).
You see the filter row and results area. -
Use 'Reconciliation type' to pick the type of reconciliation you want to view.
Appropriate reconciliation type is selected. -
Use 'Reconciliation for' and 'Run by' to narrow the list.
Results list shows reconciliations matching your filters. -
If no results appear, try setting both scope fields to 'All reconciliations' and 'All users'.
You either see past reconciliations or the 'No reconciliations found' message.
Troubleshooting
- Past reconciliations do not appear.
LikelyCause: Filters are excluding them or none exist.
Action: Broaden filters to 'All reconciliations' and 'All users', then refresh the page.
