Why does the page show 'No reconciliations found'?

Last updated on Apr 29, 2026

Short Answer: 'No reconciliations found' means no reconciliation records match your current filters or none have been run yet.

PreRequisites

  1. Be on the Reconciliations page

  2. Check the top filter row ('Reconciliation type', 'Reconciliation for', 'Run by')

Steps

  1. Confirm you are on the Reconciliations page and see the 'No reconciliations found' message.
You see the empty-state text and the three filter controls.

  2. Review and broaden your filters: set 'Reconciliation for' to 'All reconciliations' and 'Run by' to 'All users'.
Filters are widened to include more results.

  3. If you expect past reconciliations but still see the message, click '+ New reconciliation' to create a run.
You can start a reconciliation or confirm none exist yet.

  4. Reload the page or check your network if data should be present.
Page refreshes and results appear if available.

Troubleshooting

  1. Message remains after widening filters.
LikelyCause: There are no reconciliations recorded for your account or workspace.
Action: Run a reconciliation with '+ New reconciliation' or verify with a teammate whether reconciliations exist.

  2. You expect results but see the message intermittently.
    LikelyCause: Network or caching issues.
Action: Refresh the browser, clear cache, or try again after a few minutes.

Note: The screen displays: 'Try adjusting your filters to view available reconciliations.' as guidance.
