Short Answer: 'No reconciliations found' means no reconciliation records match your current filters or none have been run yet.
PreRequisites
-
Be on the Reconciliations page
-
Check the top filter row ('Reconciliation type', 'Reconciliation for', 'Run by')
Steps
-
Confirm you are on the Reconciliations page and see the 'No reconciliations found' message.
You see the empty-state text and the three filter controls. -
Review and broaden your filters: set 'Reconciliation for' to 'All reconciliations' and 'Run by' to 'All users'.
Filters are widened to include more results. -
If you expect past reconciliations but still see the message, click '+ New reconciliation' to create a run.
You can start a reconciliation or confirm none exist yet. -
Reload the page or check your network if data should be present.
Page refreshes and results appear if available.
