Steps

Open the 'New reconciliation' page and find the 'Credit card statement' panel.
'Credit card statement' panel and the 'Edit' link are visible. -
Click the 'Edit' link in the top-right of the 'Credit card statement' panel.
File chooser or upload control appears to add a new statement file. -
Drag & drop the new file or select it using the file chooser.
The panel updates to show the new filename under 'Credit card statement'. -
Verify the filename (for example, it replaces 'Amex_Credit CardStatement_.xlsx').
The new file is displayed and ready for reconciliation.
Troubleshooting
- New file does not replace the old one.
LikelyCause: Upload did not complete or file format/size issue occurred.
Action: Check that the file is CSV/XLS/XLSX and ≤ 10MB, then try 'Edit' and upload again.
Note: If you only need to update the Books file, use 'Upload file' in the 'Books / Books of accounts' panel instead.
