I clicked 'Run reconciliation' but nothing happens — what should I check?

  1. Be signed in and on the 'New reconciliation' page

Steps

  1. Verify the 'Credit card statement' panel shows an uploaded file (filename should be visible).
    Credit card statement filename is visible (not an empty dashed box).

  2. Verify the 'Books / Books of accounts' panel shows an uploaded file and not the empty upload state.
    Books file is visible in the panel.

  3. Confirm the 'Credit card account name' field is filled (not left as placeholder).
    Field shows the account name you entered.

  4. Click 'Run reconciliation' again.
    Reconciliation initiates and you proceed to mapping required fields.

  5. If it still does nothing, refresh the page and repeat steps 1–4.
    If the issue persists after refresh, there may be a temporary issue.

Troubleshooting

  1. 'Run reconciliation' still doesn’t start after checks.
    LikelyCause: Temporary backend/service issue or browser problem.
    Action: Try a different browser, clear cache, or wait a few minutes and try again. If persistent, contact support.
