Steps

Verify the 'Credit card statement' panel shows an uploaded file (filename should be visible).
Credit card statement filename is visible (not an empty dashed box). -
Verify the 'Books / Books of accounts' panel shows an uploaded file and not the empty upload state.
Books file is visible in the panel. -
Confirm the 'Credit card account name' field is filled (not left as placeholder).
Field shows the account name you entered. -
Click 'Run reconciliation' again.
Reconciliation initiates and you proceed to mapping required fields. -
If it still does nothing, refresh the page and repeat steps 1–4.
If the issue persists after refresh, there may be a temporary issue.
Troubleshooting
- 'Run reconciliation' still doesn’t start after checks.
LikelyCause: Temporary backend/service issue or browser problem.
Action: Try a different browser, clear cache, or wait a few minutes and try again. If persistent, contact support.
Note: The page header reminds you to 'Upload files, map required fields, and reconcile.' Mapping may occur after clicking 'Run reconciliation'.
