Steps

From the reconciliation report page, click the 'Download report' button near the top.
Download process begins or the browser shows a download dialog. -
Check your browser downloads or default download folder for the saved file.
A report file appears in your downloads.
Troubleshooting

Clicking 'Download report' does nothing or no file appears.
LikelyCause: Browser blocked the download (pop-up blocker) or network interruption.
Action: Check the browser download bar and pop-up blocker settings, allow downloads for this site, then retry 'Download report'. -
Downloaded file is missing expected rows or totals.
LikelyCause: Report generation encountered an error or you downloaded before reconciliation updated.
Action: Confirm the report's Recon ID and timestamp, then click 'Run new reconciliation' and download again if needed.
Note: If you need a specific view, select the relevant tab (Matched/Unmatched/Skipped) before downloading.
