How do I remove or change an existing user's access or role on this report?

Short Answer: This dialog shows current users and roles but may not allow editing/removal; if you don’t see controls, contact the Owner to update access.

PreRequisites

  1. You can open the 'Share this report' dialog

  2. You know who has Owner access (if you’re not the Owner)

Steps

  1. Open 'Share this report' and locate the user under 'People with access'.
    You can see their name, email, and role (e.g., Owner, Member).

  2. Check if edit/remove options are available next to the user.
    If no controls are visible, this view does not support changes.

  3. Identify a user with the Owner role and request them to update or remove access.
    Owners can manage permissions beyond this dialog.

  4. If you are an Owner but still cannot edit access here, use your organization’s admin tools or contact support.
    Access changes may need to be handled outside this modal.

Troubleshooting

  1. No option to remove or edit a user.
