Steps

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link.
You are redirected to the password reset flow. -
Enter your account email address on the password reset page and submit the request.
A password reset email is sent to the address you entered. -
Open the reset email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Your password is updated successfully. -
Ensure your new password meets the site's requirement (Minimum 8 characters).
Return to the Login page and sign in using your new password.
Troubleshooting

No password reset email received.
Likely Cause: Incorrect email address, the message was filtered to spam/junk, or there was a delivery delay.
Action: Check your spam/junk folders, confirm the correct email address, and retry the reset. If it still does not arrive, contact your administrator or support.
Unable to create a new password.Likely Cause: The new password does not meet the minimum requirements.
Action: Create a password with at least 8 characters and try again.
