Why does the page show 'No reconciliations found' after I apply filters?

Last updated on Mar 19, 2026

Short Answer: 'No reconciliations found' appears when no runs match the selected filtersReconciliation type, Reconciliation for, and Run by.

PreRequisites

  1. You are on the Reconciliations page.

  2. One or more filters are applied.

Steps

  1. Check the selected values in the Reconciliation type, Reconciliation for, and Run by filters at the top.
These filters may be too restrictive and exclude all results.

  2. Reset the filters to broader values:
    Reconciliation type → All types
    Reconciliation for → All
    Run by → All users
The list refreshes and should show all available runs.

  3. Apply filters one at a time to narrow results.
This helps identify which filter combination results in no data.

  4. If no runs appear even after clearing filters:
    • There may be no reconciliations created yet, or
    • You may need to run a new reconciliation.

Troubleshooting

  1. Filters seem correct but no runs appear.

    Likely Cause:

    • There are no runs matching the selected filters.
    • You may be in a different account or organization.

    Action:

    • Verify your account or organization context.
    • Ask an admin if reconciliations exist for your account.

Note: The message 'No reconciliations found' appears in the empty results panel when no records match the selected filters.
