Check the selected values in the Reconciliation type, Reconciliation for, and Run by filters at the top.
These filters may be too restrictive and exclude all results. -
Reset the filters to broader values:
• Reconciliation type → All types
• Reconciliation for → All
• Run by → All users
The list refreshes and should show all available runs. -
Apply filters one at a time to narrow results.
This helps identify which filter combination results in no data. -
If no runs appear even after clearing filters:
• There may be no reconciliations created yet, or
• You may need to run a new reconciliation.
