Ensure you have the correct tab selected ('Matched' or 'Unmatched') and that the table is visible.
You can clearly see table rows and the right chevron icon in each row. -
Click the row chevron again to attempt to open details.
The detail view or expanded row should appear. -
If nothing opens, refresh the page and try again. If still unsuccessful, try a different browser or device.
Row details open or you identify a browser-specific issue. -
If you still cannot open details, contact support and provide the Recon ID and timestamp.
Support can investigate permissions or errors preventing row expansion.
Troubleshooting
- Chevron click produces no response.
LikelyCause: Browser JavaScript issue, pop-up blocked, or insufficient permissions.
Action: Reload the page, enable JavaScript and pop-ups for the site, try another browser, and confirm you have access to view transaction-level details.
Note: If possible, include the Recon ID when contacting support to speed up investigation.
