  1. On the 'New reconciliation' page locate the 'Books / Books of accounts' upload area.
    You see the text 'Supported formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX' and 'Maximum file size: 100MB'.

  2. If your file exceeds 100MB or is a different format, convert or split the file to meet these requirements.
    Your file is in an accepted format and under 100MB.

Troubleshooting

  1. Upload fails due to file size.
    LikelyCause: File is larger than 100MB.
    Action: Split or compress the file so each uploaded file is <100MB, then re-upload.

  2. Upload rejected due to format.
    LikelyCause: File is not CSV/XLS/XLSX.
    Action: Export or save the file as CSV, XLS, or XLSX and retry.
